Doctors say green (unripe) bananas are rich in resistant starch, which fuels beneficial gut bacteria, reduces bloating and constipation, boosts immunity, and helps stabilize blood sugar when eaten in a whole-food vegan diet. How to use them: 1) Boiled Bananas + Cook to reduce tannins, making them easier to digest, and eat like vegetables. 2) Stewed with Turmeric and Green Beans + A traditional remedy to cool the liver and ease colitis [colon inflammation]. 3) Green Banana Powder + Mix with warm water for a shelf-stable option (Tuệ Cổ Nhân)
Sports nutritionists say pomegranates help support muscle endurance by boosting nitric oxide, which improves blood circulation so muscles get more oxygen and nutrients. Their natural, plant-based polyphenols fight oxidative stress, enhancing stamina and recovery. Enjoy fresh seeds or juice before workouts for plant-powered gains (HEALTH BS9)

Jim Woodford shares his near-death experience finding himself on the border of Heaven and hell.
A retired pilot with over 20,000 flight hours, Jim lived a life driven by material success, admitting that “things” were his god. Despite his wife’s faith, he was not a believer in the Messiah. Diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a life-threatening condition that deteriorates the brainstem, Jim faced excruciating pain that disrupted his whole body, making even blinking agonizing. He trained himself to blink one eye at a time to lessen the pain.
Desperate to relieve his suffering, Jim consumed an entire bottle of prescription pain medication one day while sitting in his truck. As he faced the setting Sun, his feet and hands began to burn, a sensation that spread up his body. Realizing he had done something catastrophic, he cried out, “God, forgive me!”— not out of fear, but from a deep regret for wasting the life his Creator had given him, never having honored Him.
Suddenly, the pain vanished, and Jim felt more alive than ever. He slid out of his truck and walked about 15 feet [4.5 meters], feeling as if a heavy wet overcoat had been lifted off of him. Looking back, he saw his body slumped over the steering wheel, enraging him until he realized it was himself. As a pilot accustomed to judging altitude, Jim began to rise, drifting backwards 100, then 200 feet [60 meters] into the air, terrified as he saw his toolbox in the truck bed below. At about 1200 feet [365 meters], a golden circle appeared in the sky, its center filling with gold. Jim was propelled at tremendous speed, like Mach 1, through a tunnel of Light with no wind or sound, leaning back at a 45-degree angle.
Emerging from the tunnel, Jim stepped onto vibrant green grass radiating light, far more vivid than earthly colors. A dividing line appeared before him: to the right, a misty field with beautiful flowers; to the left, the grass turned brown, scorched, then black, dropping into a crevasse. Peering into the darkness, he saw a dim red fire and heard massive iron gates screech open. A hideous creature, unlike anything Hollywood could depict, emerged— a rolling mass of dark cloud with a face, exuding an odor of death and decay. It screamed his name, knowing him, and climbed toward him with gleeful anticipation. Terrified, Jim turned toward the Light, feeling the creature’s claw down his back and its foul breath. In desperation, he cried, “God, help me!”
Instantly, three stars appeared in the mist, approaching rapidly as angels. Their light struck the creature, which scrambled back into the pit like a wounded animal. The angels covered Jim with their wings, conveying safety and love through thought transfer. When he touched an angel’s arm, his light clung to Jim’s hand— a “sticky love” that lingered until he pulled away, symbolizing God’s clinging affection.
In Heaven, Jim saw the Holy City, buildings of light exuding warmth, and Halls of Knowledge, Music, and Learning, where God’s mysteries could be explored. He visited a nursery where aborted babies’ souls are raised with compassion. In the Hall of Records, Jim met Lord Jesus (vegetarian). An angel handed Him Jim’s book of life, a thin volume no larger than a roadside diner menu. Jim felt ashamed for living selfishly instead of doing good deeds. He promised that if given another chance, he would fill a thick book with acts of kindness for Lord Jesus to read about.
When Jim looked into Lord Jesus’ eyes—grey, green, and blue— he saw sadness for Jim’s wasted life and mankind’s rejection of God, but also profound love and forgiveness. The Lord allowed Jim to return and begin again.
Seeing his wife and family praying for him, Jim returned to his body after 11 hours of being brain dead. His incurable Guillain-Barré syndrome was miraculously healed, a supernatural restoration that transformed his life. Jim and his wife now both live for God, eternally grateful for His Mercy (Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural!)
