Enlightening quote of the day: “Always remember that you belong to no one, and no one belongs to you. Reflect that some day you will suddenly have to leave everything in this world — so make the acquaintanceship of God now.” – The Venerated Enlightened Master Lahiri Mahasaya (vegetarian) (Wikiquote)
Previously, in Part 1 of Charmian Redwood’s near-death experience, severe complications after the birth of her twins sent Charmian back to the hospital, where she felt herself leave her body and float near the ceiling of the room. She then entered the golden Light she recognized as Home. There, she met Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian), whose body was made of white Light and whose heart was a blazing blue star. He told her she could stay in the golden Light, but she was asked to return because the world needed her love, wisdom, and healing. Before she returned, He placed a point of His blue star into her heart and told her, “Now you will know that I am always with you.”
So, the next minute, I’m back in the hospital room, floating over that body that is not who I am, knowing that if I get back into that body, I will take on suffering. If I stay out with Them in the golden Light, I will never suffer again. It was very hard to come back. It was very easy to leave. It was not easy to come back. But I’d just given birth to two babies, not one baby. I had twins, a boy and a girl. There was no way I was going to leave my babies without a mother. That was something I could not contemplate. So I came back into the body.
And, when I came awake, and I have no idea how long this took, when I came back, but when I came awake, I was not the same person as I had been the day before. There was no me. There was no ego. There was no ‘my life plan’, ‘my life goal.’ I just knew that there is a plan for this Earth, that everything that’s happening on this Earth is part of a plan, and I just said, “Wherever You need me to be, let me know, and I will go, because I want to do everything I can do to make this plan happen, because it’s lifting the Earth into Love.”
The experience transformed Charmian completely. She left her career as a schoolteacher, began traveling, and developed a form of hypnosis designed to help others reach a deeper state of awareness. Over 40 years and thousands of sessions, she has helped people reconnect with their souls and heal childhood wounds. She also trained as a nurse’s aide and has worked with several hospice organizations, sitting with the dying, holding their hands, and reassuring them about the journey ahead.
Now, my aim is I’m not coming back here again. My aim is I get to stay in the golden Light. So, let me tell you now, this is my big piece of advice for today. Don’t leave any messes or regrets for you to deal with in your life review. If you have done harm to anybody or anything, any sentient thing, which is trees, plants, as well as people, you make amends. You write them a letter, you send a gift, you say, “I am so sorry.”
Because the only thing that you want to take with you is the love that you have shared. The only thing you leave behind is your name written on the hearts of those you have loved. You don’t care about your bank account. You don’t care about your 401(k) [retirement account] and all your investments when you are leaving this body. That’s the last thing on your mind. Oh, have I checked my bank statement today? No, it’s who have I loved, and what have I done with my life? What is my legacy? What do I want to be remembered for?
So, start right now. Start today. How can I share love with the world? Now, you’re not going to change the world, but you can change your community. You can change your relationships with your neighbors, with your friends. Anywhere that there is a bad feeling, use that as an opportunity to say, “How can I make this situation one of love rather than enmity?”
So my only purpose here now is to help all of you to realize that you are so much, much more. My aim when I came back into the body and I said, “I want to take everybody to experience what I just did.” So, don’t think small anymore. There’s nothing to fear. Everything on this planet is part of the plan. You are part of the plan. You have the resources to deal with anything that is thrown in your path. You are not alone here. There are guides, there are angels, there are teachers, because this life that we’re in now is the completion of our whole journey on this planet from way back.
