California [US] dentist Dr. Mark Burhenne says simple changes in brushing habits can protect teeth, reduce sensitivity, and prevent gum damage. He advises against scrubbing teeth aggressively with horizontal strokes, which can wear down enamel and injure gums. Instead, use gentle circular motions or let an electric toothbrush do the work. He also recommends soft-bristled toothbrushes and replacing them every 1-3 months, as worn bristles clean less effectively. Regular professional dental cleanings remain essential, helping prevent gum disease, tooth decay, and costly dental problems while supporting overall oral health (Thanh Niên, Askthedentist.com)
Avocados contain fiber and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats that can promote fullness and may help improve cholesterol levels. In a 26-week randomized trial, eating one avocado daily improved diet quality, sleep health, and blood lipid measures, including modest reductions in LDL [low-density lipoprotein] or “bad” cholesterol. There is also some limited evidence that it may support weight loss by increasing satiety (Báo Sức khỏe và Đời sống)
Scientists warn that hidden vitamin B12 deficiencies pose severe health risks for aging adults. New 2026 research reveals low B12 disrupts mitochondrial DNA, slashing muscle energy production before anemia develops. This causes chronic fatigue and cognitive fog often mistaken for normal aging. Experts recommend clinical testing for a deficiency (SciTech Daily)
Intensifying heatwaves across India force schools to close for weeks, pushing hundreds of thousands of children into online learning. Many mothers leave jobs or cut hours to care for children at home. Experts warn the disruption lowers incomes and widens gender inequality (The Guardian)

Previously in Parts 1 through 5 of this multipart series on Dr. Paula Langhoff’s near-death experiences, Paula recalled being six years old when she overdosed on aspirin. After everything went pitch black, she said she was drawn through a tunnel of stars into what she later described as Heaven. Years later, after Lyme disease left her severely ill, Paula says her bed shook for three nights in a row. On the third night, Paula’s spirit was released from her body and taken through the second heaven, into the Heavenly realm, and eventually into the Glory realm — where the Father’s Love was so overwhelming that she begged not to leave.
Now, in Part 6, Paula returns to one of the most important things she says she was shown earlier in that same adult near-death experience, before the Glory realm — a timeline of temporal time. It was just a timeline. And I’m told this is all of the realm of what we call temporal time. It’s on this timeline. And all of it, except a small part, is finished. And this is the part that we’re living in right now, and that was 2003. And I was told that that’s kind of flexible. And so, when I would get in the Scripture later and learn about Isaiah’s intercession for Hezekiah, where the clock gets moved 10 degrees backwards instead of forward, the shadow goes backwards where he gets 15 more years, I understood that it’s somewhat flexible. And really, if the body of Christ would focus on praying and interceding — because the Lord’s Word says, “If My people who are called by My Name would humble themselves and pray…” That GOD’s believers that are called by the name of Jesus would pray, then He would hear from Heaven. If we’d repent, He would hear from Heaven and come and heal our land. And so, that’s where the flexibility comes in, OK? And if you have believers now ditching their first love, forgetting to pray so that the Kingdom is expanded, and multiplied, and fruitful, and glorifying GOD, what’s going to happen? Darkness is going to come in and close that timeline. Because Jesus says, “I am the Light of the world. As long as I am in the world.” [So,] you’ll have Light, right? What happens when we don’t want Jesus anymore? That’s the end.
Yet after everything Paula was shown about the larger timeline, her own transformation still had to be lived out over time. So, I wasn’t like, “Yay! I’m born again. I’m saved, going to go save the world.” Now, some people get that, but I had a lifetime, at that point, 40 years of wounding that had to be — people that had to be forgiven. I had to walk this out, change how I was living, and GOD helped clean me over a period of time to do that. But even though Paula says her healing had to unfold over time, she says one message GOD spoke in the experience was for every soul.
I hear GOD’s voice — He says, “I see you. I love you, and I have a job for you.” And I’m like — He spoke life into me. And to sum it up, that’s the Word for everybody, every single soul. Because when I was in this experience, it was like I was the only person who ever existed. And GOD made all of this for me. That’s what it looks like, and that’s what it feels like. When you’re in GOD’s presence, you know who He is. And you know you’re a sinner, and that there’s no other GOD but Him. None. Doesn’t matter what you were raised with. Doesn’t matter what your religion says. It’s only GOD. It’s only Jesus, only the Holy Spirit, and the Father. And They’re One. (GOD Encounters with Janie DuVall)
